Day 1 - Arrival ❘ Tel Aviv

Upon landing at Ben Gurion Airport you will be taken by our VIP airport service through passport control, luggage pick-up, and escorted to your private transfer to the luxurious Norman Hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. In the evening we booked a table for you at a Tel Avivian institution: Café Noir - discover classic dishes in a romantic bistro atmosphere. You should not miss out on their iconic Schnitzel.

Day 2 - Tel Aviv

Today we’ll introduce you to Tel Aviv’s best-kept secrets. We’ll take you for coffee on Rothschild Boulevard - where you’ll probably cross paths with an Israeli celebrity without knowing it - while admiring the famous Bauhaus architecture that gave the nickname of White City. We’ll take you through the little streets and the art galleries of the picturesque Neve Tzedek. We’ll go through HaTachana, the Old Railway Station, to the historical Old City of Jaffa. In Jaffa, you will get a private visit to the singular world of artist and curator, Ilana Goor Museum by one of the artist and curator's assistants. In the afternoon we’ll take you to Israel’s first Whisky distillery, Milk and Honey. And believe us, they are doing a very good job! Well in fact don’t have to take our word for it, you’ll just taste it firsthand. Finally, we'll head to the bohemian Florentin. We’ll show you around the neighborhood's interesting street art and enjoy a pub crawl at sunset time. In the evening try out North Abraxas, a singular eating experience: high-level Israeli food by Eyal Shani, one of the judges of MasterChef Israel, served without any fuss, on cardboard and paper bags.

Day 3 - Mitzpe Ramon

After breakfast, we'll head South to Mitpze Ramon, 's world's biggest erosion crater. On the way we'll stop in Sde Boker to visit David Ben Gurion's famous hut turned museum as well as the National Park holding his tomb and the breathtaking view of Tsin canyon and the Avdat highlands.
From there we'll tell you all about Israel's first Prime Minister and the man who read Israel's Declaration of Independence. Around noon check in at the Beresheet Hotel, right on the edge of the Ramon Crater. Take a short cycling trip in the desert and lounge at the infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley around sunset time. You'll probably be lucky enough to encounter one of the desert-dwelling goats hanging around the area.

Day 4 - Dead Sea ❘ Jerusalem

We'll head towards the Dead Sea in the morning. Over there we'll check in for the day at a hotel. This is a day of pampering, à la carte (next to the picture-worthy floating in the salty water): massages, facials, mudbaths, and a delightful lunch. On the way to Jerusalem in the afternoon, we'll go slightly of the road to show you a hidden jewel: Saint George Monastery in Wadi Quelt, otherwise know from the bible as "the valley of the shadow of death". In the evening arrive in Jerusalem and check-in a the Orient Jerusalem.

Day 5 - Jerusalem

Today you'll explore the Old City and New City of Jerusalem from a particular point of view: through the eyes of a camera. A local photographer will take you on a picturesque tour of the Holy City while giving you some tips&tricks on how to get the best out of your travel pictures. Finish the day with an exclusive underground visit to the Western Wall Tunnels.

Day 6 - Jerusalem

In the morning head to Bethlehem, of strong religious importance for all religions as it is both the birthplace of Jesus (a major prophet for Muslims) and the last residence of Rachel (Jacob's favorite wife and mother of two patriarchs of the twelve tribes of Israel). Next to the biblical highlights, you'll take a peek at famous street artist Banksy's "Walled off Hotel" - a work of art/critic of the geopolitical situation. In the afternoon you'll have free time to visit either the Israel Museum or Yad Vashem. At the end of the afternoon, meet us - and lots of local Jerushalmis - at the Mahne Yehuda market for a culinary experience, including aperitif and a walking diner.

Question 7

Day 7 - Sea of Galilee

Today we'll completely change the setting and head to Galilee, the very green North-Western part of the country. The first stop, right before Tiberias will be Mount Arbel National park, where you'll get to stand on the edge of the cliff and have the most amazing view of Kinneret Lake. After that, we'll head closer and have a delicious grilled fresh fish lunch on the edge of the Sea of Galilee. This will set you in the mood for a few wine tasting at the surrounding vineyards and cellars. Before heading to the panoramic Mitzpe Hayamim hotel, we'll make the last stop before around sunset at the lovely Greek Orthodox Church in Capernaum. The colors around there at that time of the day are otherworldy.

Question 8

Day 8 - Golan

Get ready for a journey through time and history. You'll start your day with a surprising Jeep safari of the Golan - the Northern tip of Israel. This region will have no secrets for you anymore: Eli Cohen (the Israeli secret agent made famous thanks to the Netflix show "The Spy"), the following Six Days War, the actual geopolitical situation in Syria - that you'll get to see in the distance,... and much more. In the afternoon you'll get to know more about life on a Kibbutz, why it was created, and how they developed over there year and up to today.

Question 9

Day 9 - Tel Aviv

You'll be back in Tel Aviv around noontime and what's better for your last day in the country than a visit to one of the markets with tastings, followed by a cooking class? Bring back all those new flavors in your hometown kitchen.
