Nadav Peretz - CEO and Co-owner
Nadav grew up in Tiberias - Israel, before the family moved to New York when he was a teenager. While there, he worked for The United Jewish Communities. At the age of 20 he returned to Israel to join the army and later work for the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit. After serving the IDF, he eventually returned to the Big Apple to work as a press and advocacy officer at the Israeli Consulate in New York, as well as a press officer in Israel’s UN delegation. He finally, officially, studied International Affairs at The Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. His passion for travel and Israel, brought him to open his own travel agency 7 years ago. Since then he spent his time exploring the neighboring countries and their best resorts to be able to offer combined luxury vacations in the region.
Martin Gould - Co-owner
Following a career as an entertainment journalist for THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER and as a Broadway theatre producer, Martin entered the travel industry in 1984 being hired by company founder Barry Liben as the 4th employee of Tzell Travel and Tours. As the company grew enormously over the years, Martin assumed many work positions at Tzell including inside agent, independent contractor, Tzell onsite manager at JourneyCorp Travel and currently as Vice President of Leisure Travel for The Travel Business. As a young jewish boy, he spent a summer in Kibbutz Mishmar HaNegev and 5 years ago he reconnected with Israel. He sent many VIP clients, like Sarah Jessica Parker for example, to the Holy Land with Nadav and decided to officially join forces in May 2020.
David Rappel - Co-owner
After growing up traveling the world, California native David joined Nelson Custom Travel as an independent contractor in January 1991. In 1998 he bought the agency and became the President of the company. In 2009 he merged the company with Protravel International and is since in charge of working with existing and new agents on the west coast. David was introduced to Nadav 5 years ago and connected him with some of our most classy clients.
Christelle Borms - Operation Manager

After a degree in Business Communication and 10 years as an Account Manager for several renowned advertising agencies in Belgium, Christelle moved to Tel Aviv and turned her love for travelling into a profession. Her experience in project management, her passion for intercultural communication, her interest in interior design and her soft spot for food, turned out to be great assets when it comes to organizing the ideal vacation. She knows Israel and Jordan firsthand as she spent her first years here touring the region.
Serif Karsu - Digital Marketing Manager
Serif was born and raised in south-eastern Turkey. As an adult, he developed a passion for travel and has visited many different locales all over the world. He received his bachelors degree in Economics and his masters degree in Business/International management. With his given interest in travel, his master thesis explored cultural differences worldwide. He worked for Booking.com which gave him a unique insight into the travel industry. Serif now resides in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and speaks Turkish, English and some Dutch.
