At noon, we’ll take you on a culinary tour of the exciting Machne Yehuda Market. You’ll get a taste of the most interesting spices and local delicacies. In the afternoon continue to Yad Vashem Museum, Israel’s official memorial to the victims of the Holocaust.

Day 4 - We’ll leave Jerusalem and head north, in the footsteps of Jesus, from birth till revelation. In Nazareth, you will visit the mythical Basilica of Annunciation, established over the site where tradition holds to be the house of Virgin Mary, and where angel Gabriel appeared to her and announced that she would conceive and bear the Son of God. We'll take you around the old city and the White Mosque, a true symbol of interfaith peace (on Christian holidays, they send a delegation to represent it in the holiday events and the Imam is mentioning those holidays during the Friday sermon).

Right before we arrive in Tiberias, we will enter Mount Arbel National Park to get the most breathtaking view over the region. We'll go downhill and drive along the Sea of Galilee, stopping in Capernaum to view the ruins of the ancient synagogue where Jesus taught and the gorgeous Greek Orthodox Church. In Tabgha to visit the Church of Multiplication of Loaves and Fish. Finally check in at The Scots Hotel in Tiberias, a unique wellness resort established in the historical compound of the Scottish Hospital, and enjoy a delightful diner.

Day 5 - Today is a special day. Your guide will pick you up in the morning and take you to the north-eastern tip of Israel for a fascinating Jeep safari of the Golan. You will get to learn all the geopolitical secrets of this region that was won over by Israel during the Six Days War - including the story of the famous spy Eli Cohen. You'll get to the see relics of the war, ancient volcano landscapes and, from a distance, the sadly famous city of Quneitra in Syria.

In the afternoon we'll lighten up the mood with an exclusive wine tour with tastings at Pelter Winery, Chateau Golan and The Urban Cellar. The specific, somewhat cooler but very sunny climate, as well as the rich soil makes this region ideal for winemaking. Moreover the wineries offer a stunning view over their vineyards and the region.

Day 6 - After breakfast, we will start driving towards the coastline. First stop will be the old picturesque city of Acco. You’ll be blown away by the remarkable underground Crusader City and crypt. Enjoy a delicious fish lunch at the famous Uri Buri restaurant. Continue to Haifa, Israel's third largest city, where you'll get a scenic view of the city, the port, and the magnificent Bahai Gardens and Shrine – also a world heritage site, which is home to the Baha’i faith. Next stop will be Caesarea, the ancient Roman capital and port. Enjoy a walking tour of the theatre and the archaeological ruins and excavations. Arrive in sunny Tel Aviv by the end of the afternoon. Check in at the David Kempinski Hotel, a true urban beachside retreat located right on the lively Tel Aviv promenade.

Day 7 - We’ll give you a proper introduction to the secrets of the White City: the iconic Rothschild Boulevard, the famous Bauhaus architecture, the lovely Neve Tzedek and the historical Old City of Jaffa. In Jaffa you will get an insight in the singular world of artist and curator, Ilana Goor. One of her assistants will take through her museum featuring her own works of art alongside unique pieces from all over the world. In the evening you'll be the master of your own culinary symphony: a cooking workshop by a local chef awaits!

Day 8 - Through the Negev desert head south to the ancient fortress of Masada, built in 30 BC by King Herod. You’ll soak in the view over the biblical Moab Mountains and discover the history of one the greatest Jewish symbols of pride. Return to Tel Aviv by the end of the afternoon for some excellent dining.

Day 9 - Today we'll explore the city a bit further: we'll start our day in Florentin, Tel Aviv's very own Soho. You'll get to enjoy the charming Levinsky market, the lead back atmosphere and foremost the neighborhood's inspiring graffiti. Around lunchtime we'll head to the lovely Sarona, a restored German Templar’s Colony, featuring boutique stores and a covered high end food market. In the afternoon head to the nearby Tel Aviv Museum of Art: the permanent collection of Israeli and international artists and the building itself are for sure worth the detour.
